Nestle dominates candy hiring this Halloween

Halloween is right around the corner so we took a look inside our job data at hiring across popular U.S. candy manufacturers: Hershey, Mars, Nestle, and See’s Candies. Nestle is by far the leader in job openings in the U.S. with a 60% share of current job openings (see figure below).

Both Nestle and Hershey have significant number of In-store Merchandiser positions open. These are the people that will set-up Halloween candy displays in grocery stores and Big Box stores. See’s Candies has over 100 job openings for seasonal sales associates to work during the holiday season in their stores.
