LinkUp's July 2023 JOLTS Forecast

LinkUp’s July JOLTS forecast is 9.38 million. On August 1st, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reported 9.58 million job openings in its June Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS). BLS calculates JOLTS on the last business day of the month and publishes it with a lag of about one month.

On August 29th, 2023, the BLS will release its Job Opening data for July. LinkUp’s job data, sourced directly from company websites in June and July, enables faster estimates of JOLTS. Our data indicates a decline following the trend of the last 2 months.
